The writing process
For me, writing is both an art and a craft. I usually write late at night when it’s quiet and I can really concentrate. I cozy up with my favorite cup of herbal tea and let my thoughts flow onto the page. I like to think of the first draft as a conversation with myself – just exploring what might be possible, without pressure.
Once I’ve captured my ideas, I go into revision. I’ve learned that editing is where the magic happens. It’s about refining my words, finding the right rhythm and developing my characters so that they seem real. Accepting the messiness of the process has been crucial for me. I know that great stories often come from a place of trial and error.
